Every model of the Ford F-350 is now flex-fuel capable and can run on either gasoline or E85 ethanol. The new F-350 offers an available Pickup Box Delete option that lets you customize or upfit the bed as you see fit. There's also an available associated Heavy Service Suspension package. In addition, the F-350 offers an optional Onboard Scale that lets you see how much you're hauling and a Smart Hitch feature that lets you determine the tongue weight. Also new is Programmable Engine Idle Shutdown on select models to help save battery power.
The first choice in the new Ford F-350 Super Duty is a 6.8-liter V8 engine with 405 horsepower and the next choice is a 7.3-liter V8 with 430 horsepower. If you want extra torque, you can move up to a 6.7-liter turbocharged diesel V8 in two different states of tune. The standard turbodiesel delivers 475 horsepower and the high-output model gives you 500 horsepower and 1200 pound-feet of torque.
The new F-350 is available for Kissimmee and St. Cloud buyers in a three-abreast single-row Regular Cab as well as two-row SuperCab and Crew Cab configurations. Every 2024 Ford Super Duty truck is available as a Crew Cab.
With the Regular Cab, Winter Garden and Winter Park drivers will get 43.9 inches of front leg room. With the SuperCab, you'll get the same 43.9 inches of front legroom as the Regular Cab and 33.5 inches in the rear. With the larger Crew Cab, you'll once again get 43.9 inches of legroom in the front row and 43.6 inches of legroom in the back row.
The two lowest trims come with an 8.0-inch infotainment touch screen, a power driver's seat plus Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ compatibility. With the Lariat trim, Ford F-350 drivers will enjoy heated and ventilated front seats, a heated steering wheel and a 12.0-inch central display. At the highest trim levels, you can get a power tailgate, power deployable running boards, a head-up display and a premium Bang & Olufsen sound system with 14 speakers.
The F-350 offers a 6.8-foot bed and an 8.0-foot bed. The F-350 Regular Cab comes only with the longer bed while the other two cabs can be configured with either the long or the short bed. Bed features include tie-down hooks, spray-in or drop-in bed liners and tonneau covers.
When it's equipped with a fifth-wheel/gooseneck configuration the Ford F-350 can tow up to 27,000 pounds.
The maximum payload in the new Ford F-350 is 8,000 pounds.
