We (my daughter and I) would never have stopped in if she hadn't found a used car she liked on the internet (Cars.com). We were immediately greeted by Terry Bailey and handed him the printout from Cars.Com. He immediately found the keys, and off we went for a test drive. My daughter fell in love with the car, and the process of negotiating an acceptable price for it began. Terry guided us through this process, which was lengthy and complicated, and without his help, I doubt that we could have come to a satisfactory conclusion. I would recommend Terry to anyone because of his helpfulness and professionalism. Three cheers for Terry. Sylvia is the title/finance person, and made that process a breeze. Very professional and fun to work with. Everyone at the dealership was fun to work with. A Five Star dealership.
